"Really??? Customer Service??"

I had just purchased (on 4/29/17) a brand new 2015 TDI (sat on lot for 2 years due to TDI hold) from another VW dealer out of state After I returned home discovered that battery in one of they key fobs was dead. Called Umansky to see if they could provide a new battery in key fob (which they told me was about $7). They told me I would have to pay for this as batteries are not covered by warranty. I told them that this was a brand new VW (albeit a 2015). They again stated it is not covered by warranty. They told me to contact the salesperson who sold it to me. I said I bought this out of state (Missouri). They still wouldn't supply a new $7 key fob battery for a brand new vehicle. If this is how VW wants to win back customers, they have a long way to go. I really don't care about the $7, but it sure is irritating. On the other hand, my past experience with Umansky (service department) has been fine.

Josette Ott is an excellent sales consultant. She is knowledgeable concerning the Mercedes Benz and its features. She is also personable, caring, and bonds with the customers. She makes me feel welcomed to the dealership!

"This service department can't handle a complaint "

This dealer's service is very expensive. If you complain they refuse to service you. I've gone to this VW dealer for years but soon after they were taken over by Umansky I feel things changed. Not once did I have a problem with the other dealership.

I always enjoy a wonderful service experience at this dealership. I drive an hour to get there and my service advisor Todd Dekker always expedites the service of my vehicle to accommodate the distance I travel to get there. He has either placed two service technicians on my vehicle to expedite the service or at least let them know that I am waiting on the vehicle. I would high recommend the Umansky Motors Service department and my service advisor Todd Dekker to anyone who also has a Mercedes-Benz vehicle, as they always keep mine in tip top running condition, and my service experience quick and enjoyable!

My service rep Ken went above and beyond to make my experience at Umansky pleasant while my VW was getting serviced. I was able to keep my loaner while they ordered a part for my car and Ken kept me up to date on the service progress. I am very impressed with the new ownership.

"Above and Beyond"

I was not even a little in the market for a new car when a catastrophic engine failure forced me into Umansky"s service department. Unfortunately, the nature of the issue bewildered even them. After several difficult conversations, they resolved the situation with grace, caring, sincerity and generosity. I cannot say enough good about them. They truly made the best of an unfortunate situation. Having been long term customers of Concourse, my husband and I are extremely impressed with the new Umansky Motor Cars.

"Service at last minute was BIG help"

Long story short: Needed help with lug nut key and removal of lug nut. Ken Anderson was so kind. He and the service staff got me in and out in 10 minutes with a small job of getting a locked lug nut off so I could change my tire on my own! they did it for no charge. I will no doubt stop here first when I am in the market for a new car!
