"Samantha is Super!"

Samantha was so friendly and knowledgeable. No pressure and true advice. We really felt respected and welcome even though we were just shopping on the offhand and trying to decide what brand to go with. We will definitely go with a Benz for our next car. "Service department is exceptional"

The Service Department at MB Natick is always a well-oiled machine, no pun intended. From loaner arrangements, appointment timing, expediting my drop-off while clearly explaining the expectations for the duration and details of my service, Abdul and everyone else on that team always give me the clear impression that they're aware upfront of my service details, are ready to keep me updated me throughout the process and always follow up afterward. MB Natick should be the template for how a smooth and detailed customer service experience process should play out.
