Treated like family Service advisor Suzanne Daniels has been my go to person. She is a great communicator, extremely easy and helpful to do business with Insures the customers needs are met. "Service experience"

I have been doing business with this dealership, formerly Foreign Motors, since I brought my first (grey-market) Mercedes over from Germany in 1968, and have had many Mercedes bought and serviced there. Also a couple of BMW's when they carried both makes. I also have a Mercedes that is serviced in Naples, FL, Suzanne Daniels is easily the best service adviser that I have ever dealt with, anywhere. She is very knowledgeable technically, and always goes out of her way to help out no matter how complicated the issue is. A pleasure to deal with. People like Suzanne, Steve Boston, Fred Romsey, and Jamie McCracken are the reason that I stay there, even though there is a closer dealership.

"very organized and professional"

The dealership, from the folks that greet you to the service associates and the sales people, are collectively professional, courteous and knowledgeable. It is very well organized and the process is seamless and they get you in and out quickly. The loaners are always clean and in most cases brand new.

"Great Service and ontime"

They stepped up and redid a recall that was done a few years back. The tail light recall was done a while back but failed again this past week. They took the car in and provided me with a loaner and did the repairs free of charge.
