Bottom line, All you need to do is hang out in the service area for a little while and strike up a conversation with someone . Everyone will have some kind of complaint . They would not cover it, after months of back and forth I finally was told to pick up the car because it was in either way and had to keep moving the car around the lot. When I arrived. The car was partially dismantled, battery dead and they could not find the key. I had to make arrangements to have it towed out of the lot . Clearly with the brake issue I could not safely drive it .
