"I was threatened and insulted "

I just came from getting my car wash at this location. One of the valet guys working there just threatened me and calling me all kinds of names, including the B---, just because I demanded courtesy and good service... It's a shame that you can't go anywhere without being threatened. This place has gone down hill. WORST SERVICE EVER!!! Do NOT TRUST THEM with your car. When they return my friend's car, it came back with a scratch!!! I haven't gotten a good experience in a while. xxxx shame. I have complained before but apparently the manager doesn't seem to care... I'm trying to reach the area manager for my complaints.

Thank you for speaking to our General Manager, Mike Fastman. No visitor to our dealership should ever be made to feel disrespected or unwelcomed in any way. Any such behavior by any member of our team would not be tolerated and would result in immediate dismissal. We take all concerns very seriously. We’ve investigated this matter by reviewing security video and interviewing everyone in the area at the time. We agree the greeting was not as warm as it should have been, however, the video shows the employee in question was with another customer when you arrived. The video also shows he did acknowledge your presence and doesn’t seem to show any confrontation. The video shows our service manager greeted you very shortly thereafter and no inappropriate behavior was reported to him at that time. Lastly, the video shows your car being returned to you in less than 30 minutes after the Courtesy Car Wash was completed as you requested. "Speedy, personable service"

I recently went to the service department at the Owings Mills Mercedes Dealership. I had a simple service request and they were able to very quickly assess, keep me informed, fix the tire, and shuttle me to and from my job with zero wait time. Shawn Baker was friendly, professional, and informative. I appreciated his timely responses to my questions and his help. The shuttle driver was also a wonderful person to chat with! I will definitely be back for any service needs.
