Tamar was very responsive. I had to go to the dealership again since my trunk had not been cleaned up in the first instance. I had blind spot assist warning come up post the se I had to go to the dealership again since my trunk had not been cleaned up in the first instance. Blind spot Assist Inoperative issue was NOT resolved. Hood open light came on and alarm beeped the entire way home. And now I have this car three months, and I still have NO REGISTRATION !!! I had an issue with the SURPRISE of the $1200 “Paperwork Fee”” when I bought the car from you (No one had told me about the $1200 fee!) but I paid it - and guess what - I STILL HAVE NO REGISTRATION from your “Paperwork Department “ …. To say we are frustrated - Note- you did offer to fix the car, but Kim and I have very little time to go back and forth to nj but we will let you know when we have time to bring it back.
