First service experience at Mercedes Benz of Plano. Jay my service representative was very courteous and professional, made it easy and convenient, texted me proactively with updates and got me in and out with no hassles. Work was done as expected, car washed and ready when I arrived. Pricing was reasonable for having your car serviced at a Mercedes shop.
I witnessed another young service rep arguing rudely and publicly with a customer who had a dispute over charges for a diagnostic of two vehicles. Totally unacceptable to speak that way to a customer, let alone out in public. In my opinion he created a hostile environment for the many staff and customers around the cashier area. Even though the customer was probably wrong in this case, management should not tolerate such a rude employee. Made me question whether I will return, I would not want to have to deal with that rep.
