MB of Plano has been taking care of my car for couple years now with no issues. They have been meeting my expectations so far. Of course I do not have unreasonable expectations from Mars. Chuck P with service has been great as my service coordinator/advisor. Communicates with me well. Decent guy not condescending at all.

Got an unexpected aux battery pop up warning, so went to the dealership without a prior appointment. They graciously dropped me back at home, since there were no loaner vehicles available. Service advisor went above and beyond inquiring about any other issues, and took detailed notes for the team about a gear shifting issue I’d been suffering with for many months and had blamed on the ECO start/stop. Turns out, there was a software upgrade available (related to the computerized electronic ignition or whatever) and now it’s like I have a brand new car!! If he hadn’t been persistent asking why I wasn’t loving the vehicle, I’d still be miserable!

I appreciate the quick attention of Zachary Robinson. I mentioned that my tires might still be under warranty, I had purchased them at Mercedes. Zachary got the tire replaced and I received credit under the warrsnty, with a cost of $26.55 for me.
