Wow, super impressed! I am staying in FL for a few months over the winter and received a recall notice on my car. I called Mercedes-Benz of Pompano and was warmly greeted by Ben who quickly fielded my request, set me up for a loaner and I was good to go! I was thinking to myself, what a friendly family-owned business. It's not often that people take the time to listen and help you, Ben was in no rush and also gave me information for the damage I had done to my car while I was here. Great 1st impression! Well, I pull up to the dealership and much to my surprise it was a multi-luxury dealer complex. My expectations lowered as I had some not so good experiences where I am from with larger dealerships, and why I have purchased 3 Mercedes from an out of state, family owned dealership. I drive into the service bay, was promptly and warmly greeted by Fabian who got me settled into the waiting room. Within minutes, my service representative Koby appeared and introduced himself. I was even more impressed as he already checked out my car, mentioned a couple of things that were under warranty and asked if there was anything else he could help me with...including the body repair I needed. Koby was a professional, super knowledgable and thorough. He went out of his way to ensure I got my car back within a certain timeframe as it was being shipped home and he delivered on everything he said he would including identifying parts needed to repair my back windows when I got home. This was music to my ears as I had already had my car at the dealership once and although they said they fixed it, it was a problem again within 2 hours of driving. As mentioned, they are out of state so I didn't bring it back or asked for it to be picked up. Glad I will not need to live with this and thank you Koby and the service team for taking the time to test, re-test and identifying the solution. On Saturday morning, I returned my loaner to the dealership and picked up my car. Another positive experience of driving in, paying my bill for tire alignment and was on my way in less than 10 minutes! As I was driving away, I noticed my low tire signal came on and thinking how is this possible, I just got 2 new tires! I drove back, drove into the bay, immediately greeted, shared what was happening and within 90 seconds the attendant did a reset and apologized that they didn't catch it before they returned the car. So glad I went back instead of driving into a gas station and possibly risk over-inflating my tires! In closing, I want to thank the Team here at Mercedes-Benz of Pompano, Auto Nation. From Ben to Fabian to Koby to the Saturday team, greeting me and taking my payment - everyone was fantastic and my experience here could not have been better! Thank you again and I will be back in touch in 2025. More

Had a very good experience purchasing my preowned Cadillac at Mercedes of Pompano. Steve, Shawn and Dave were very professional and accommodating. The dealership is first class. Would definitely recommend doing business to others. There have been minor issues with this vehicle with respect to the technology as there are many systems that need attention. Programming and resetting mostly. I would definitely suggest any preowned vehicles MB sells that are of another brand be sent out to the service department of that other manufacturer and then returned to MB .. I have had to pay out of pocket for service at Cadillac and already have spent at least 10 hours waiting at the dealership for the service to be completed. Dave has assured me that MB will reimburse the expenses which again would have been a non issue had the vehicle been prepared by Cadillac to be sold by MB ….. I think the lesson to be taken away is purchase the make of the vehicle from the manufacturer of said vehicle. However overall I am very happy to have done business with these gentlemen and MB of Pompano. More
After purchasing the vehicle I brought it to a Jeep dealership for service and was told the air filter was missing. I am sure it was just an oversight when the car was serviced prior to selling yet sho dealership for service and was told the air filter was missing. The rest of the buying experience was fine. More
