Very old and out dated equipment used to fix new cars. They asked me to wait until they get the new equipment in sometime in the future. I came in with a last minute/urgent request to get my tires replaced. These were custom tires which weren't available readily. The person that helped me was super friendly and was able to get me set up w tires replaced. These were custom tires which weren't available readily. While agents were helpful, the wait time seemed excessive. I dropped my vehicle off at 8:30 am, left and returned at 12, when I was told it would be ready.
