Very old and out dated equipment used to fix new cars. They asked me to wait until they get the new equipment in sometime in the future. I came in with a last minute/urgent request to get my tires replaced. These were custom tires which weren't available readily. While agents were helpful, the wait time seemed excessive. I dropped my vehicle off at 8:30 am, left and returned at 12, when I was told it would be ready.
