"Not trustworthy, rude, rip-off"

I hate to write any negative reviews about anything because I understand no one can make everyone happy. But, I also understand that one representative can ruin all the reputation of your company. I took my ML to this place for servicing which was supposed to be service A. My service manager was Paul who was very friendly in the beginning and seemed very trusted person but he recommended me service B which was more expensive. He also recommended me several other additional stuff with the service B which cost me more than $950. Due to my busy schedule I didn't get chance to ask him the details but I totally trusted him. Then I read about service A and B and realized that my car was not due for service B. I contacted my previous service center e.g. Silver Star Mercedes and realized that they already did the service B last year. I called Paul and asked him the reason that why did he recommended me for service B? He immediately started making excuses and had no answers. Then I contacted service Manager Brian and explained him all the situation. Brian seemed very reasonable guy and he apologized me for all the situation and offered me $200 credit. I mentioned to him that in future I don't want Paul to be my service advisor because I can't trust him. Today I made a call to book an appointment and I was surprised that in their record my car was still due for service B. I tried to ask Paul about it but he was so rude when he saw the note from last year. He didn't answer my questions about their record of having my car due for service B and disconnected the phone. I contacted Brian again and he told me the same stuff that this car is due for service B. This is insane... He also told me that service B usually costs approx. $650. Well, I had paid almost $950 last year for what? no one knows... infect he started blaming that because I approved it and thats why they did it. How ridiculous argument it is? I trusted them and they ruined all my trust. I would not suggest anyone to go to this place unless you really know what do you need to do. I think they rip-off the customers. I am not going to this place ever and will ask all my friends to not use this place. Even though I have $200 credit in their record but xxxx it.. I can't take the xxxxxxxx and headache form these people. I'd rather go back to New York and get it done there. I can't trust these folks. I feel sorry that even though Princeton Mercedes is in my neighborhood but I can't use them. I hope they rectify the issues within their team especially with Paul and make this neighborhood little trustworthy.
