Lackluster service at the big star I had a friend of mine pick up my van that I had delivered to the service center with a scheduled oil change. My friend said that when he picked u I had a friend of mine pick up my van that I had delivered to the service center with a scheduled oil change. My friend said that when he picked up my van it was a big inconvenience, between his work schedule and the van being ready. It wasn't ready as soon as it should have been because service adviser had questions and didn't do the scheduled appointment at the scheduled time. He said that the vehicle wasn't even washed after the service, nor was it delivered to him up front. Instead it was pointed out to him, far out in the lot. Also, No follow up call to see that everything was done satisfactorily. Not what I would find acceptable at any dealership service center, especially Mercedes. On the upside, the service was done at a fairly reasonable price for a Mercedes dealership. More
