I truly appreciate Audi and Mercedes-Benz customer services. We worked with the Sales Person Robert Weisgal , who is very experienced and very patient, helped us to find my dream car; Ralph walked me through the learning process of getting familiar with all the new features, the Financial person who help me to go through the term and all the services that Mercedes-Benz are offering. The whole experience just took to long. If your planning your day around your appointment with the dealership...DON'T! I took my car in just to have the radio and navigation system looked a If your planning your day around your appointment with the dealership...DON'T! I took my car in just to have the radio and navigation system looked at and it took three hours and some change. I couldn't believe how slow they were even for something as simple as what i was there for. On top of that when i finally had enough of the wait i went out in search for the agent who helped me and when he seen me he waived me over to say my car is ready...xxx dude!! I feel Dustin could have come and closed me out before he starts with anothet customer. Im done with this location....I'd rather go to Wesley Chapel. More

TPMS Problem I brought my 2008 SL 550 in on a Sunday, and I was immediately greeted by all of the Service Staff who directed be to my Service Advisor, Eric Gonzale I brought my 2008 SL 550 in on a Sunday, and I was immediately greeted by all of the Service Staff who directed be to my Service Advisor, Eric Gonzalez. Eric examined my car, and advised that it was possibly a TPMS reset issue, not a TPMS sensor or module replacement. Eric told me he would have an answer in one hour. He contacted me by telephone and alleviated my fear of an expensive repair. He said your car is ready. Eric and the Service Staff at Mercedes-Benz of Tampa Bay should be commended for being professional and providing excellent service. More
