A car buying experience 5 stars and a WOW! I've driven Nissan for years and wanted an upgrade. Toward the end of my lease I fell in love with the Mercedes-Benz C300. After stalking websites f I've driven Nissan for years and wanted an upgrade. Toward the end of my lease I fell in love with the Mercedes-Benz C300. After stalking websites for several months, I was ready to settle on the Audi A4. My sister-in-law told me if you really want the Mercedes-Benz at least go to the dealership. Honestly, I was settling because I was afraid I couldn't afford the C300. I requested quote information and first thing the next morning I got a call from Bruno. I decided to take a few hours off from work and head to the dealership just to be sure I was making the right decision. Between Bruno Santelli, Mark Sheets and manager James Berger it was world class service from start to finish. They listed to what I wanted and needed and within hours they made my dream of owning the C300 a reality.
