Bottom Line up front : The CUSTOMER SERVICE HERE IS EGREGIOUS! My Service Advisor (Diana Sampson) barely communicated with me on the "status update" on my vehicle especially when it needed to stay ov EGREGIOUS! My Service Advisor (Diana Sampson) barely communicated with me on the "status update" on my vehicle especially when it needed to stay overnight while awaiting a part. She always had an excuse not to update me ... saying things to the effect of : she was "CRAZY" busy to update me which was bizarre because I was spending over $3,100 for maintenance service ...The most frustrating thing was her preference of communicating was through her computer text messaging application. The service advisor manager who attempted to assist me was just as bad as his only mission was to make excuses for the lack of communication (He displayed varying degrees of incompetence dealing with the issues / concerns I had). I WILL NOT BE GOING BACK TO THIS LOCATION - I rather go drive to another location as Mercedes service is not known to treat their customers like this. For the prices and the actual service done by the mechanics behind the scenes - This would have been an "EASY" 5 star location for me to rate to do your vehicle service here. More

Extremely disappointing visit with the service department. I was there for a recall and was told that my vehicle did not come under the recall notwithstanding the recall notice I had from Mercede department.
