We purchased a vehicle here and had the worst experience. We were told the vehicle would probably be finished on Saturday if not for sure on Monday. I drove an hour to go pick it up to find out the car was not cleaned and windshield not replaced. They said they would deliver it to my house since they made us drive an hour and it not be ready. A couple more days go by and there was not any communication. It was always me reaching out to the dealership to keep things moving. When the vehicle was finally delivered it didn't not have a license plate plus other things the vehicle was supposed to come with. The dealership says it was not their problem they didn't know what was supposed to come with the vehicle. It took weeks to finally recieve paper plates to be able to drive the car we purchased. We were also told one thing in finance only to have paperwork say something else. I was finally able to get this portion resolved but only because I kept on them. This dealer is quick to take your money and put you on the back burner. I highly recommend shopping Elsewhere. More
Where to begin. I love my Jeep and, thankfully, it has been relatively trouble free. I have 2 issues with this dealer. When I bought the Jeep, they did not honor I love my Jeep and, thankfully, it has been relatively trouble free. I have 2 issues with this dealer. When I bought the Jeep, they did not honor what my salesperson said regarding the EV credit on my lease which means they likely kept those dollars for themselves. The other issue has been the service department. There is 100% turnover, often with your advisor, and that means the person who is supposed to follow up often leaves and no one is re-assigned your case. You have to chase them down to find out when your car is ready and best of luck getting anyone on the phone. Now my Jeep is due for its 4th recall in 2 years and I am still waiting for someone to call me back so I can schedule it. I wasn't expecting Sewell service but I did expect some service. More

I’m extremely impressed with how quickly they pulled together as a team to make things right. The moment Nick offered to personally drop my vehicle off to me so my children and I did not have to drive in bad weather, I knew then my one star experience was a thing of the past! That is top of the line customer service. A salesman that put the needs of his customers before his own.10/10 I now have the biggest smile on my face. Shadiest dealership we ever encountered, they will lie to you to get you in the door and play with the numbers and interest in every way possible. The management will play games and manipulate the numbers to you to get you in the door and play with the numbers and interest in every way possible. I have texted James multiple times with no resolution. . I was sold a truck ,a Dodge RAM 2022 classic , with only a little over 8,000 miles. #1 , I trusted my sales person when he told me it was a V8 Hem . I was sold a truck ,a Dodge RAM 2022 classic , with only a little over 8,000 miles. #1 , I trusted my sales person when he told me it was a V8 Hemi. It is not so now I cannot tow the camper I wanted as the max towable weight on a v6 isn’t nearly capable of as much. I feel he just wanted a sale and misled me. ( I realized it wasn’t a Hemi when I got home and popped the hood) #2- the spare tire under the bed of the truck is bald. I texted about this asking to come in and for a replacement. He asked for pics which i sent . I hear nothing back. Terrible service! A truck this new should NOT have a bald tire as a spare?!?? I feel as soon as they made the sale they didn’t care anymore about me as a customer. More
