Watsonville Ford has taken excellent care of my 2017 MKZ since I drove it home 6 years and 60,000 miles ago. Very friendly. I live over an hour away so had to wait for backup camera to be installed as other one quit working. All service people, especially Aldolfo made sure that my truck was ready as quickly as possible. I live in Morgan Hill - yes, Ford Store closer - but have had problems with them. More
