Made our appointment 1-week in advance for a recall. Brought down at 6:30 am; 2nd car in line. Told it would take approximately 2 hours when making appointment. Also told them I needed vehicle back by 11:30, because I was leaving town for work. Called at 11:00 am, said it wouldn’t be done until 1:00. (Told it was torn apart and could put it back together and reschedule the appointment!) Not sure who is in charge, but it’s uncourteous to tell customers one thing and do the complete opposite and not communicate. Poor service!! More
