However, when I returned to Mike Kelly for a new vehicle and decided to try a Hyundai this time, the Mike Kelly team was unbelievably helpful and went out of their way to be sure I had everything I needed to get my new car. Jeff E., the salesman went over and above to make sure the sale went through very quickly for me as well as Chaz the finance manager. I am extremely pleased with Mike Kelly and will completely refer them as well the sales team. They made this a smooth transition to a Hyundai purchase in a very difficult time for me. Not to sold on the Hyundai Customer service I was more impressed with the other part of Mike Kelly's. We purchased a new Colorado a year ago, and was much more satisfied. with Customer service. When I think about it, If I would not have wanted another Elantra, I would have never bought that car. I don't remember one good thing or one bad thing I was told about the car. Usually they like to tell you all about why you would like this car. Again, we feel like we got much better customer service in the other dept at Kelly's. More
