I went in for routine maintenance on my '08 Kia Spectra I had bought a couple of years ago from this dealer. I have always gone back there for maintenance because have been VERY happy with their personal attention and care. Having put a LOT of miles on my Spectra, I was not surprised when they did find more than routine work that needed attention - specifically the brake calipers, etc. Getting ready to take a LONG trip, the service manager was very concerned about getting this work done, but the cost would mean I would have to cancel my trip (it was NOT unreasonable cost for the work, but I was already on tight budget for the trip.) So I got the brilliant idea to look into trading in the Spectra for something newer. Kimberly Murphy came to my assistant and she was SO VERY kind, helpful, not at all pushy, but very delightfully enthusiastic that before it was over, I was driving out in a BRAND NEW 2012 Kia Forte!!! Mike Jr. was involved in some of the "dealing" and was also VERY kind and helpful. The Bubby, the finance manager, did some more magic and it was HUGS all around. The lobby was bustling with staff as well as customers, but everyone on the staff who crossed my path congratulated me and made me feel like royalty...it was a totally delightful experience and I am already trying to talk folks into going there to see what they might do for them...even people who were not thinking about buying a car...after all, I wasn't either when I got up that morning!!! Oh, and by the way, I LOVE MY NEW CAR AND MY NEW FRIENDS AT MIKE MURPHY KIA!!!
