"Costly"

Poops excuse of a service shop I have ever work with, my car leak more after there repairs then when I took it in. Before going and giving them a 1000 plus I drove my car over 50 miles to get there after their mechanics worked on it barley got down the street before calling a wrecker and have it taken to some real mechanics not part changers. Likes to take advantage of elder folks BEWARE!!!

"GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!"

The service department is AMAZING! I broke down on I-95. Turns out my fuel pump went out. I originally had it towed to a local mechanic shop... that guy screwed everything up! He then drove it to mike Murphy Kia (keep in mind, it should have been towed)! Thank goodness the service department wouldn’t let them drive it off the lot. Turns out, the first mechanic changed the wrong fuel pump, broke the fuel line...and then blamed it on a RAT!!! Dan and the rest of the service department went above and beyond to get my vehicle up and running again. In fact, they told us they had to change an o-ring that the first mechanic broke/damaged... it was supposed to be in on Tuesday. My husband and I drove down that day, as it would only take a few minutes to fix/repair once the new part came in. Well the new part didn’t come in and we were 2.5 hours from home. Dan and his team graciously took apart another Sorento they had on the lot, so they could put it in m my car! This dealership by far has the BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE that I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with! Thank you Dan, for going above and beyond your job duties!

"Not honoring free oil change"

Let me begin by saying it was BS every since I purchased. Tag never came, it wasn't put in my grand daughters name. My 80 year old grandmother had to drive back up here & there were words said, with the promise of free oil change signed contract. So I took care in Monday at opening. It was ready Thursday at 4pm!!! Wtf. No phone calls, no loaner car, 4 days missed work. Charged me $104 for diagnostic. But said their not sure this is problem. Didn't want to honor free oil change contract at first. Then said ok, since signed by owner but I can only have it changed every 7500 miles wtf!! This place is scum!!! I really think they hire a boy off the street not a certified mechanic. When it was under warranty, it's free fixing there but then I have to take it elsewhere to get fixed right!!! The man is scum!!!! He needs to be sued for not honoring the free oil changes he promised all the other people!!!! Kia motors needs to take his right to sell kia cars!!!! He is a disgrace to the kia industry!!!NO STARS FROM ME!!!

Hello this is Sherry Weaver and again i'm very super in all ways pleased with service from MMk of Bwk Ga.Yes the detailed service given from auto detailing and in vehicle preparation on cleaning from the moment i drive up and or make an call all is exceptional.Shannon that does performs paper work puts all in an upright understood style.Nothing is left confusing and yes she does and will further explain it all.Yes she does give all comfy and nothing left misunderstood on any matter given, Yes she does offer and give all things level and smooth.Yes she does even tell of any all car specials tires rather it be for one and or two.Gives an excellent understood area on all plus oil change updates also can explain and gives it to you to better see and understand the better way to keep great care of any Vehicle and care to be affordable and wisely chosen to be able to save cash and keep vehicle in top care from the Mike Murphurphy KIA of BRUNSWICK GA.Trey does manage and supervise all areas other than paperwork in office he pays attention to all staff in office and in mechanic area also.Trey wants more than an car sold but all care performed excellent and managed costs and keeps all things well managed their all over and around so Yes Sherry Weaver shall return and refer always but now last Mike that does all small and or major vehicle care is still observed in making sure care from arrival and while there all is okay and if he can help and immediately will.Awesome all things are and have been but one lady works in back with Shannon is still there to fill any opened areas at all.So i give great thanks and blessings to you all Thanks Love Mrs.Weaver

"WORST BUSINESS EVER - RUN - DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE"

I got my car in 2010 and have had NOTHING but problems. My TPMS light came on YEARS ago. I took it to get it checked out and they said it was a "dummy light", a system error and nothing was wrong with the tire pressure. They said they were ordering a new part and they would call me when it comes in. Fast forwards MONTHS, I realized they never called so I went back up there. They said I never came to get it serviced so they used it on another vehicle. They said they were ordering another one and would call me when that one came in. Fast forward maybe a year, the light is STILL on and I now need an alignment. By this time I'm mad because I realized they STILL have not called. Once again, the part is not in and now they say I have to pay for the part and service because my warranty has expired. I left FURIOUS but took the loss because I waited so long to go up there even after they promised to call the second time. Fast forward a few years, I get a letter in the mail saying 2 or 3 things were recalled and to bring my car in so they can replace it. I take it to get looked at and wait and wait and wait. After the long wait, the woman tells me they have to order the parts and they will call me. I'm apprehensive so I give them my phone number and call in a few days. The part is still not in. They eventually call to schedule an appointment for me to come in and get it fixed. I am a full time student with a full time job so I have to get ppl to help me with things like dropping my car off and taking me to work and/or school. My mother took time out of her day to do this for me and when she got there to get it serviced, they told her the part was not in! I was FURIOUS! I have to wait again because they told her they would order it. Again they NEVER called and the only reason I remembered it is because I ran across the paper I got in the mail while cleaning out my car. I called again, still nice and calm and the woman told me they have the parts in and scheduled an appointment for 4/7/17 at 2 pm. This time my boyfriend takes it and they tell him the technician is out today! They also said they tried to call me but the number was disconnected! That is a lie! I give them my updated phone number every time I call because they are incompetent! This is the last straw. Everything I've ever tried to do there is in the system but I never get serviced. This is the worst company I have ever had to deal with!

"Terrible Service "

Not friendly right off the bat. Changes hours for service department consistently. Rude rude rude customer service with Shannon over the phone and worse in person. Been here two times in regards to me vehicle and service was terrible each time. They are not honest and do the bare minimum of your car. They with hold information on what your car needs and don't need. I had to get my transmission replace but I have the warranty since I bought brand new. They tried to tell me it wasn't covered. I ended up calling the Kia head quarters to get my warranty to them to prove it. No more than a month later my car was acting up due to the trans mount they didn't replace nor report was bad. I will never go back. Kia should be ashame to have them represent their cars. My family is loyal to Kia with purchasing two brand-new Kias at two different times. Mikey is a terrible mechanic. He is dishonest and doesn't know fully what he is doing. Please go to Jacksonville or Savannah if you need any work done or to purchase a Kia.

My daughter bought a used kia rio which is a great car, I own a 2007 rio sx myself. My daughters is a 2010 lx which she purchased from a different dealer, the problem with the car was that it only came with 1 key. We all know that 1 car key is not a good idea after trips to the purchasing dealer and no resolve we called Mike Murphy who went above and beyond the call of duty to get the parts needed and made sure that the keys worked all door locks and ignition despite the fact that we didn't purchase it from them. I am very pleased with experience we encountered with the service department. My next Kia will be purchased at Mike Murphy Kia.
