The service provided was above and beyond superb! From the beginning Mr. Johnson listened and answered all of my details in the 8 Passanger suv that I wanted. As a woman I was treated with respect for the whole car buying process! That is very rare TRUST ME! I was then introduced to Mr. Hammock and from the very moment I spoke to him, I knew we were on the same page. He then offered to drive to my house (which is rare now a days House calls doctor!!) My scheduled desparately called for MIKE PATTON high quality service. I was able to make a new car purchase to meet my actual needs! Amen I was done and out the door in enough time to get my husband off the plane in Atlanta. The service continued when Mr. Johnson drove the paperwork my husband needed to sign to my home 30 mintues away to allow him time to visit before he left again (military). Then a few days later I was strapped from time and needed to get my son to the hospital on Post at FT. Benning for lab work whic needed day that day. Due to the holidays the doctors were not opened til tuesday. So as I drove my new car on post thinking about time and schdule I had forgotten I needed a decal on the windshield which all of my other trucks have so it slipped my mind. Needless to say I wasn't able to get on Post, I had to go to the visitors center to get a pass. Well main post attendant told me to show proof of ID I did and proof of sale of car but I didn't have it because it was in the mail. I called Mr. Hammock while talking to him I asked to have him fax it to me. I asked for the main post fax number and the lady behind the counter held up a pen and had this is all the technology we have. We don't have a fax machine. Mr. Hammock asked me what he could do I say I don't know I was very upset, so I called my husband. He arranged with the guys he worked with to pick me up. I didn't think any more about it since my mind was on my son and getting his blood work done. We made it with 2 mintues before the lab closed. Since I don't go on post much I had other ruins to run in which I didn't want this guy taking up his time. Then My to my SUPRISE I get a call from Mr. Hammock saying to go back to Main post he cleared it all up and they are going to give me a pass for the day. THAT"S SERVICE!!!!!!!!!Going above and beyond. I also had a DVD player installed and service done to my vehicle. Mr. Bailey was really nice and understand my time frame and didn't stall me. Good quality service for the part that needed replace. The Sound guys who installed my DVD answered all of my hair brain questions about how to work it how sweet they were.
