I recently purchased a 2008 Civic from Mike Patton and it was by far the best car shopping experience I've had. I knew I wanted a used Civic from the get go and after visiting several other dealerships that tried to hassle me in to leasing a brand new car or a car that had way too many miles, I had almost given up. I turned to the internet and found a car that I was interested in at Mike Patton in Lagrange. I wasn't sure if the drive all the way from Salem Alabama would be worth it, but it absolutely was. Tony Johnson was amazing. He was very friendly and upbeat and answered all of our questions. Before he showed us the car he sat us down and explained the Mike Patton way of business, and it was absolutely hassle free. Even now that the purchase is done, I feel comfortable calling Tony with any questions that I have regarding my new car and he's always ready with an answer. My husband and I were looking for a used 2009 Honda Pilot. We found one online at Mike Patton that we were interested in. Problem is, we live 90 miles away. We did most of our business over the phone, which was VERY convenient for us. A few days later, we drove our trade-in down, signed a few papers and went on our way. This was the BEST and easiest car buying experience I have ever had. The entire staff is unbelievably friendly. Everyone, including the sales manager, stopped to say hello and thank us for choosing them. They have always had great customer service and this time was no exception. If anything, it surpassed our expectations. The no haggle pricing is a relief and because the prices are so great - you don't want to haggle! You just want to sign the deal quick before they change their minds! I did a lot of research online before I bought, so I know I got a great deal. Our salesman was Tim Thomaston and he went out of his way to make sure we found what we wanted in the price range we were comfortable with and we got a fair trade in on our used car. We never felt pressured or pushed and we are very happy with our purchase. We looked at other dealerships, but no one comes close to the customer service we received at Mike Patton.
