Refused to honor advertised price I called this dealership, now going by the name of Great Lakes Honda, 43 Pruitt Blvd, Akron, 44310, in response to a sales flyer I received in the mai I called this dealership, now going by the name of Great Lakes Honda, 43 Pruitt Blvd, Akron, 44310, in response to a sales flyer I received in the mail. I inquired about their 36 month lease offer on a 2015 Honda Civic LX advertised for $159/mo with $0 down payment. I was shunted from a salesperson to the sales manager who said, "Of course there will be additional charges when you pick up the car..." which sounded very much like a down payment to me. For the REAL $0 down payment lease, the monthly payment suddenly became $200/mo, consistent with Honda's online nation-wide summer clearance sale. I asked to speak to the general sales manager whose signature was on the sales flyer. They disconnected me. When I called back asking for him directly, I got his voicemail. I left a polite message asking him to return my call. Needless to say, I never heard from him nor do I expect to. This is clearly an instance of bait and switch as far as I am concerned. More
