Their service department has atrocious communication. I dropped off my vehicle Thursday, with the expectation of picking it up Saturday having had several typical maintenance items taken care of. I called Monday, left two voicemails spread throughout the day without reply. Tuesday I waited to hear back, and still nothing. I began leaving regular voicemails without hearing from them. I finally decided to go in and pick uo my vehicle. They did not do any of the work requested and instead chose to run an inspection without communicating that to me. I told them I had not requested an inspection, to which the service rep asked if I worked for free. I do not, but I also don't waste the time of the people I work with. At least I communicate. Get your vehicles seviced here if you enjoy terrible communication. More
