Did not have an appointment. Kathy fit me in with no problem at all to me or her staff. She had the mech. look at it right away and said the problem would be fixed within an hour. 45 min. later I was problem at all to me or her staff. Of course the noise did not happen but he came back into the waiting area about 15 -20 minutes later to tell me what the noise might be (based on my discription)and to come back in and ask for him if it continued. What this said to me was that he was still trouble shooting in his mind even though he was on to someone elses car. I have continued to recommend your dealership to people even if they don't live on this side of town. I lived in Littleton when I purchased my car from this dealership. Thanks for a great job!! More
