I also requested to have my driver-side door lock checked as it does not unlock using my key fob anymore. I came in at 7:15 am for my appointment and the check-in of my vehicle was quick (it took about 2 minutes). These first two minutes didn't feel welcoming to me as the people who checked-in my vehicle didn't even smile or greet me. Fortunately, this was the only unappealing part of my visit. I then went inside their office to register my visit. Gregory Andrews was the Assistant Service Manager who registered the reasons for my visit and what needed to be serviced. He was pleasant and professional which put me at ease and this was important. I'm one of those people who feel like they are going to get ripped off every time they visit a dealership or any car repair shop as I believe that some are dishonest. Greg seemed sincere and honest which helped allay my apprehensiveness. Greg clearly and concisely explained to me the cost of checking for my door lock problem and that this cost will only be charged if I declined the repair. If approved, this cost will not be added to the cost of the repair. I asked him how long the whole process will take and he replied that it would be about an hour and a half to two hours. He mentioned that they offer a free multi-point inspection to go along with the airbag recall which I respectfully declined. He then asked me if I would wait or come back for my car and I said that I would wait. After an hour in the waiting room, Greg appeared to explain to me the repairs needed to my door locks, one to the driver-side door and the other to the left rear door. I knew that my left rear door lock had stopped working also but I was hoping that I could get away with only getting my driver-side door lock repaired to reduce my bill. Unfortunately, both needed to be repaired for the driver-side door lock to function properly again. Again, Greg was clear and concise in explaining the cost and repairs to me and answered all my questions. I approved the repair and he told me that it would take about an hour and a half. After another hour, Greg appeared again and this time, to let me know that the repair to my door locks have been completed, half an hour ahead of schedule! He answered my question about the warranty on the repair (he said that they have a warranty of 1 year and that if any part of the repair becomes defective within a year, they will fix it for free). I thanked him as we shook hands and he politely requested if I can give a review and share my experience of my visit to their dealership on this site. So here I am writing this review, which I don't normally do, but because of my pleasant experience, they deserve this. Thank you, Greg and Millennium Honda team! -Satisfied Customer More
Mark Skawinski - A real professional - Top of the Line My 2014 Honda CRV has had an intermittent issue with low speed acceleration; it hesitates rather than smoothly accelerating. The car was in once befo My 2014 Honda CRV has had an intermittent issue with low speed acceleration; it hesitates rather than smoothly accelerating. The car was in once before for this issue and it wasn't resolved. On this latest visit to the dealer, for an inspection and oil change, Mark was the representative that I dealt with. I told him that the previous acceleration problem was still happening. He took the time to listen and get a good understanding of the issue, then said that he would go over it with the technician. After the car was worked on he explained that he was with the technician when the latest "codes" were uploaded, which means that he took the time to follow my CRV through the repair process. Mark was professional, knowledgeable and sincerely focused on getting the problem resolved. He truly represent Millennium Honda very well and should be recognized for doing so. Among the reasons that I purchased this CR-V from MILLENNIUM HONDA is that my last CR-V was purchased there. I could have gone to another dealer, or even considered a different vehicle, but I have had such excellent experience with MILLENNIUM HONDA's service department personnel (Greg Andrews and Mark Skawinski to name a couple of outstanding people) that I was not going to get a vehicle anywhere else. When I had to return several days later to pick up some equipment, he became personally involved in the process, then took my car through the car wash (nice touch!) and finally spent additional time helping me understand features of the car that were challenging to my non-technical brain! GOOD JOB, JAMAL! More

Thank you Mark Skawinski I gave the overall dealership rating a 2 because of Mark's wonderful service on both of my meetings with him otherwise it would receive 0 stars. In my I gave the overall dealership rating a 2 because of Mark's wonderful service on both of my meetings with him otherwise it would receive 0 stars. In my book Mark gets 5++++ A little history: I bought a brand new 2013 Honda accord EXL. William Morgan was my salesman. not only was I in the dealership for 1/2 the day, I also had to come back the next day to pick up my car. William Morgan also sold me the car $1500 above the manufacture price. He lied saying that he was giving me the best deal possible and I believed him when he worked the #'s out. I went home that night and looked over my paper work and noticed that he indeed sold me the car over priced. The next day I asked him about that he said oh it’s too late you signed the paper work everything is already done. He even tried to low ball my trade but I was able to catch that because I already knew how much my car was worth. He made me regret coming to Millennium Honda I should have gone back to Paragon Honda where I bought my first car. I vowed never again Millennium Honda. Skip ahead Millennium Honda gives 3 free oil changes for new car purchase. I brought my car in to get its routine oil change. On the 3rd time I met with Paul Mosca another crook at Millennium who said that I need the 15,000 mile services. I said sure go ahead. When checking out he told me that he was able to get me a discount on the price. I was so happy. Turns out that loser took the price of the free oil change that I still had left and applied it to the total price. I asked him before I left the shop if I still had a free oil change left in the computer. Paul Mosca assured me that there is one still there. The next time I brought my car in for service thinking that I still had 1 oil change left there was none. I had to pay out of pocket which wasn’t the problem. I just hate to be lied to by someone who is supposed to be trustworthy. Few months later my check engine light came on so I had to bring my car to Millennium that is when I met my savior Mark Skawinski He took care of me got me into a loaner car with no problem. Called me everyday to keep me updated on the status of my car. It was an easy process thanks to Mark he took care of everything. About a month or so later I brought my car back in for a regular oil change and Mark Skawinski happened to be there I went directly to him. Paul was also there he actually had the nerve to say hello to me after what he did. I just told please do not speak to me ever again you are one of the crooks here. From now on when I go to millennium Service I will always ask for Mark Skawinski He is the best and most honest that I’ve had contact with there. As long as I have my car he will be the one I go to. When he leaves so will I. More

He was a pleasure to deal with and more than kept his word to me since my car was actual services in less time than he said it would be. And the work was done in an excellent manner. He is a gem and I do appreciate his prompt and focused attention to this matter. I will come back to the service area because of him. The only thing that was promised to me and I didn't receive yet was a quote on a new and used Honda, but he said that would be forthcoming be the end of the day this coming Friday....and I do expect that will be so. Again, thank you for correcting a rather annoying problem. Sincerely, Michael Honigberg More
