She went over all the new features with us and helped with the set up before sending us on our way. Kelli, the Sales Manager, was also very helpful with the money aspect of the purchase and making sure we were comfortable and understood our options. We were able to take the vehicle home that evening, we returned it a few days later for the few additional features we had purchase & were given a loaner to use. They had our car ready for us in two days, when we returned to pick it up the Adam in the Service area stayed to answer questions even though it was already past closing. Upon arrival, the 2011 Altima was an exact match and exactly what we were looking for. Miller Auto Plaza gave a very fair price for the trade-in making the deal. The employees at Miller Auto Plaza made the transaction so easy and quick. Having a brat and chips for lunch right at the dealer store prior to driving home in the new Altima, the entire purchase process was a great experience.
