"Three weeks backlog"

"Ford Escape Transmission repair "

I bought my vehicle at a different dealership. Since I bought it, the vehicle had significant transmission problems that the dealership refused to acknowledge. Upon bringing my vehicle to Miracle Ford, they immediately knew the problem and did everything they could to make it right. I will be returning for all of my service needs.

"Truly a Miracle"

I have only recently become aware of Miracle Ford in Gallatin Tennessee. Simply put, they work ed a miracle on my car. Their staff is also friendly, courteous, and professional. I am so thankful that I decided to take my Ford vehicle to them. Not only was it the best decision I made but also, my car runs fantastic! "Servicing of my Lincoln"

I am the owner of a Lincoln MKC, and Wayne Hill and the entire Service Staff takes superior care of me and my Lincoln. There is no Lincoln dealership anywhere close to Gallatin, but even if there was, I would still use Miracle Ford only. "A Great First Experience with the Service Department!"

I recently moved to the Gallatin Area and wanted to get my Ford F-150 serviced before headed back home to pack up everything to bring back. I checked out the website and was impressed with what I say so I set up an service appointment. I was welcomed the minute I pulled into the service bay. Wayne Hill, who I did not know was the manager at the time, took my info and asked if I needed any other services done. Then I went to the customer waiting area which had everything I needed to wait...from coffee, vending machines, TV's, and work areas if you brought a laptop which I did. During my wait the General Manager, Jimmy Galvin, Jr. came by to make sure I was having a good visit. My wait was not long and Wayne came back and told me I need my A/C worked on including parts which would have to be ordered..they were covered under my warranty...and we scheduled a day to drop my truck off and pick up my rental. When I came back they had a very nice Ford Fusion waiting for me. My truck was ready the following day. Needless to say, my trip went off without a hitch and my truck is still running great. Miracle Ford will continue to get my business as long as I own my truck! I highly recommend their service department to anyone I know!

Dan, Thank you for you detailed and kind review. We've all at some point had our car break down and it is not fun. We get upset and feel that we have lost control over our situation. Yeysson and Wayne deal with this everyday. It is encouraging to have them receive praise since they can often times feel unappreciated. Anyone who has ever worked in this type of position can relate to this. So, again, thank you. we look forward to seeing you again in the near future (for routine maintenance.) :-)

"Still A Great Body Shop"

Unfortunately, I had to visit Marty and his crew at the Body Shop again. This time it was my '16 Dodge Charger Scat Pack. Someone on the interstate ran over some debris that flew into the passenger side of my car damaging the side mirror, door glass and putting a wrinkle in the rear quarter panel. The Body Shop did all the repairs flawlessly. you can't even tell that there was ever any damage; it looks like it did when I bought it new. Thanks!!!

"Great Collision Center "

My wife and I purchased a '16 Dodge Dart GT from Miracle Chrysler back in March. In August, to avoid a wreck, my wife was forced to make an unexpected turn into a parking lot. While making the turn she clipped a curb which damaged the right rocker panel in front of the rear wheel. Marty and his crew were very professional, courteous and friendly. The repair was flawless. To their credit, when the initial repair wasn't satisfactory to them, they never hesitated to redo the work and treated it just like it was their own vehicle. Thanks...
