Miracle Ford - Service Center

We took our 2020 Explorer here for a faulty screen that's a known issue. This is after it was there about a year ago for the same problem that they said they fixed but didn't. They called my wife and told he a known issue. This is after it was there about a year ago for the same problem that they said they fixed but didn't. They called my wife and told her the new screen wouldn't work with a battery that only charged to 59% so we paid $400 for a new battery. My daughter picked the car up and the screen still didn't work right. Now we are being told only the backup camera was replaced and the screen wasn't? This isn't the first issue I've had there. We took the same vehicle in because the bottom of the cup holder fell out and they just took the console apart and pushed it up so when we put a cup in it the bottom fell out again. Jessica is AWESOME and I enjoy dealing with her but the service department is HORRIBLE! I've taken all my vehicles here for years and I'm so tired of being disappointed that I'll go somewhere else from now on. The car has an extended warranty and I guess we will try another dealership since they simply can't communicate and meet a customers expectations. More

Unacceptable wait for an oil change. 2 and a half hours with an appointment. No updates from the service manager till I went and found him. What started off badly turned good. After work done to my Maverick for a recall, the passenger seat belt was jammed. I called 3 times and only got an automated answering machine. Finally Chris returned my calls and after apologizing he set to work repairing the truck and the service department's reputation. They came to my house to get the truck, repaired it and returned it without fuss. I still hate the automated phone system, but they did a good job fixing the problem they created on my truck. More

I was calling to check on floor mats ordered for my wife's explorer. With 4 phone calls, no one can give me an answer on when they will arrive.
