"Always on time, accurate quotes, friendly staff"

I was in for routine oil change for my Hyundai. He asked me for any concerns, quoted me anything I might need to have done, and checked in with me before proceeding with anything we hadn't talked about. He let me know an estimate of what my next service might be due to some specific mileage needs. I have been very happy with my service here.

The little gal who was at the service desk when I brought my car in for an oil change was great, friendly and very knowledeable. She answered my questions and let me know I could have my tires rotated which was included in the price of the oil change.

Missoula Nissan has always treated me really great when getting my car serviced. They practically roll out the ‘red carpet’ with the refreshments and their professionalism. I always feel confident getting my Nissan serviced here. My personal favorite thing they do is a complimentary quick wash and vacuuming on the front side of the cab.

"Horrible and unprofessional "

Was the worst experience I have had with them. Everything went wrong from the beginning to the end. Wrote a letter to Nissan did not even get an answer or a call. Very disappointed. Not sure if I will ever buy a vehicle from Nissan again.

"Helpful, understanding, and incredibly accommodating"

Amazing customer service, extremely accommodating of my schedule. They went above and beyond to get my car back to me and were extremely considerate in explaining the options available, all of which, I'm sure, inconvenienced them. They genuinely changed my opinion of car dealerships and all anticipated inconvenience inherent in car troubles. 10/10, if you have a Hyundai or Nissan that nerds service, go to them.
