I just recently purchased a Bronco Sport from your dealership. My salesman,Nick went above and beyond in helping me with my trade-in and purchase. I purchased a car from this dealership in January. The salesman I purchased the car from was named Breen and he informed me that the car had a new oil change and the that the brakes were changed. He made salesman I purchased the car from was named Breen and he informed me that the car had a new oil change and the that the brakes were changed. He made it very clear that the car was very well main trained by the dealership. It is now June and time for my first oil change. it was found out by my mechanic that the dealership never changed the car's oil and they did not change the brakes. The mechanic said that the brakes were terrible and could not have been changed in January. The oil was extremely old and even caused damage to my car's engine. I would not trust this dealership when purchasing a car. They are very sneaky and they are liars. If I could give zero ratings for this dealership I would. I almost got into an accident on the highway due to this dealership's inadequacies. Please beware about purchasing a vehicle from here. More
