I am hard with names, but I am sure if you go on my work order you will find out the individuals that assisted me. They were very professional but still maintained a friendly attitude. I have taken my 1996 order you will find out the individuals that assisted me. They were very professional but still maintained a friendly attitude. I have taken my 1996 Toy 4x4 pickup (400,000 Miles), 2004 Highlander (lost it to an accident), and now my 2007 Tacoma Pickup for service and repairs there, and have never gotten nothing less then top grade service by all your employees. Their smiles, professional attitudes, and quality of work and service is beyond compare. More
If I could rate the service on this day, it would be 1000 percent. From Kyna, to the shuttle driver, to the cashier, to the person who brought the SUV around to me after the service, they were all good and f percent. From Kyna, to the shuttle driver, to the cashier, to the person who brought the SUV around to me after the service, they were all good and friendly. This was one of the best experiences I have had in a long time. And they say customer service is dead -- not at Modesto Toyota. Kudos to you all. More
Took in my 2008 Scion XB for service, after contacting Mike Wilson the Assistance Service Manager, Great Guy! I had a rattle in the back, took Santos the service technician for a ride to identify the sour Mike Wilson the Assistance Service Manager, Great Guy! I had a rattle in the back, took Santos the service technician for a ride to identify the source of the rattle, he later found a broken bumper bracket, which they ordered and replaced. I also used the shuttle service, Scotty was the driver and he called me later in the day and said that he was going to be in my area, if I needed a ride! This has been the best Modesto car dealership experience that I have ever had, every person that I came in contact with at this dealership was very helpful, and provided excellent service! Recent service for our 91 Previa (5 speed stick) for cyclic maintence and repair of worn clutch mechanism. From our arrival and throughout the process (Monday, 7 Feb through Friday, 11 Feb) Aaron was q cyclic maintence and repair of worn clutch mechanism. From our arrival and throughout the process (Monday, 7 Feb through Friday, 11 Feb) Aaron was quick, attentive and thorough in seeing to our car's needs and paying particular attention to our needs as the customer. He notified us by phone as soon as it was known that some parts would be on back order (something I might expect, considering our Previa's vintage). He also volunteered to have Toyota cover addentional rental cost of the Enterprise Corolla which we had arranged for that Monday morning. We thouroughly appreciated Toyota's attention to this detail. We've had our vehicles serviced on numerous occasions over several years at Modesto Toyota and have most usually been very pleased. Your Aaron is a prime example of why we keep coming back. Thank you! Mr & Mrs Raymond S. Why is this? Also, checkmarks in the "Important" and "Terms" of Use boxes did not appear. Because of these glitches, I am also mailing a hard copy to you. More
on june 21, 2010 i had my 2004 toyota tundra towed to modesto toyota after it had been recovered from being stolen. the person who stole it did a lot of vandelism to the truck. i had it taken there for o modesto toyota after it had been recovered from being stolen. the person who stole it did a lot of vandelism to the truck. i had it taken there for one reason they are AAA approved, and two, the truck is toyota so i felt they should be able to do the job quickly and accurtly. they di fix it right but not quickly. 72 days it took them. theysaid they kept getting the wrong brake line sent to them, then when they ordered the right part they had it shipped over from japan on a ship. they would tell me that it would be at the auto body place on a certain day and when i would call the auto body shop they would inform me no truck. never did they call me to let me know what was going on. they did pay for a rental that i already had, but they only paid 28 dollars a day on it. wich i wasn't informed of until 6 days befor i turned it in. so i got stuck paying 400 dollars to the rental place. and i still have to take my truck to the auto body shop. so i'll be without a vehicle for probally 3 days. all in all my experience was so extremely bad i will never do business with them again. I purchased a 2004 toyota corolla at a fair price 16,000 for a CE....I also purchased their "oil changes for life gimmick", I saw the line for their oil change (nobody has 2 1/2 hours to wait for an oil cha for a CE....I also purchased their "oil changes for life gimmick", I saw the line for their oil change (nobody has 2 1/2 hours to wait for an oil change! and of course they didn't disclose this when first purchasing the contract), so I went to another dealership closer to where I live...they wouldn't honor it saying ti was specific to Modesto Toyota. I called their sales/finance management who stated the "owner" of the dealership would not refund the deposit (To this day it hasn't been used ONCE!) Imagine a 2 hour drive to get there, an average 1-2 hour wait time.... So I told them that I would gladly take service and accessories in lieu of the refund....the owner stated, "I only want to use this money for oil changes". He basically implied that I was paying for a huge inconvenience!!! So I told him I would use the media to let you guys know about how his dealership operates. Take your hard-earned money to a dealer that wants to EARN your trust. This owner just lost potentially thousands of dollars in sales with my family for a $650 shinanigan. Definitely NOT a reasonable dealership. More
