The service department refused to return calls about our Taos under warranty in need of head gasket repair that they diagnosed. When we went to the dealership after never returning calls the current service Taos under warranty in need of head gasket repair that they diagnosed. When we went to the dealership after never returning calls the current service rep was rude and threatening. We had to call corporate which we never do. VW in White Plains has had to fix the issue and they have been amazing. Never will go back to Mohegan Lake again. More
Bought 2022 Volkswagon Taos SE , notorious for missing coolant issues. Had to complain 3 times before finally getting head gasket checked and coolant leakage confirmed. Two months later all calls ignored coolant issues. Had to complain 3 times before finally getting head gasket checked and coolant leakage confirmed. Two months later all calls ignored and when I went to dealership Service Manager Basim Hanif was rude, obnoxious and became physically aggressive and had to be held back by the Audi Sales Staff. Complained to Saki the VW sales manager who promised he would resolve issue and all now he is ignoring calls as well. Brand new car and they don't want to fix it UNDER WARRANTY. Worst Service ever, as a US Marine Veteran I'm disgusted by the way I was treated. Tell all my Lakeland Football, Soccer, Field Hockey, Basketball friends and families to STAY CLEAR of this shady buisness! More
