Quite possibly the best care dealership I have ever worked with in my more than 35 years of buying cars since graduating college (including for my wife and two now adult boys). Everyone you meet is willing to help put you in contact with the right person. Everyone helps with a smile. Honest through and through. Not pushy. Nice inventory (and I bought a pre-owned car). Salesman was polite and new the product. And one of the owners spent a lot of time helping me get a deal I was very happy with. Nice, fair price on my trade as well. Have confidence in buying with these guys! More
I purchased a used vehicle here. Sales staff was great. The car was great. There was a cosmetic issue with car and it was noted in the PSA that it would be corrected. I had to wait a few days to pick up the car anyways so no big deal. When I got the call to pick up the car it was raining. I was given a key and told to go find the car in the lot. 1st the cosmetic issue wasn’t fixed. The bigger issue was the service light came on. I drove the car back to meet my sales person who was waiting for me inside and nice and dry. I informed him of the service lights and told him I did not want to take possession of the car. He said he would get the manager. Spoiler alert after 30 minutes waiting..there was no manager. He refused to take the keys back…and told me it was my car and the General Manager would reach out. After 3 days and no phone call.. I sent an email via their website…he called me. I should say the 2 service issues are minor. After assuring me this is not the dealerships issue and me explaining that when test drove the car there were no service lights and when I left car it had no service lights and if my check didn’t clear (it did btw) they would have had to clear those issues the GM tells he will have the service department reach out. Guess what..they didn’t reach out. So I text the Gm and then I get a phone call. The service department then tells me they can’t help me! I sent a text back to the GM and got no response. The bottom line they have nice vehicles and some nice people but 100% transactional but they do not care about their customers… More
This was my first time buying out of state and I didn’t know what to expect. Benjamin Flores was amazing and so patient with me when I was not so patient. I enjoyed the purchasing process with Benjamin and his team. They gave me the time and space I wanted for my considerations (model, color, service and warranty contracts, etc.) but also responded quickly team. Benjamin was very helpful from start to finish. He was always available via phone or text. Very knowledgeable and friendly. Also JV in finance was very helpful as well.
