"SERVICE Excellence!"

I had contacted another Ft Worth KIA Dealer Service Deptartment and they would not fit me in. Alliance was very accommodating knowing my Emergency need of Brake repair and took my car right in - provided me with a reliable and inexpensive rental and diagnosed my brake repair. The Service Manager Steve V - was very helpful - kept me informed of what was needed and did not try to add services that were not needed. I am a Senior on a limited budget and feel very confident in the Alliance Service Department for taking great care of my Sportage!

"Buy a spare tire kit and new tire"

The whole process from parts to service to cashier was a smooth transition. Tim from service was very easy to work with. Due to my work schedule I had to coordinate the whole process over several days. Tim was right on top of it through the whole journey. It is why I gave chosen for my auto needs. Thanks Tim

"Customer Service"

I drive over an hour to this dealership and was stuck in traffic at a halt. I did not arrive until 5:15 pm which they take their last customer at 5 pm. I was fearful they would not take me in, but shocked when the rep said he would get me right in. It took me longer to drive than it did to do my service. "2 Kia’s in for service and new tires "

Brought both our Kia Souls in for oil change service and new sets of tires. Had a couple of small issues, one on a previous visit then again on this visit. Service advisor Steve was great on answering questions and working with a picky customer as myself. Had to work with the Service Mngr Charlie on this last visit and he went above and beyond to avoid last visit problem and to do what ever was necessary to make things right. Appreciate all he did to assure that the tech provided excellent customer service and that I would be a satisfied and returning customer.

They got us in and changed the oil rotated the tires in under an hour. Would recommend this dealership for service or to purchase a vehicle. Waiting room was very nice.
