"2 Kia’s in for service and new tires "

Brought both our Kia Souls in for oil change service and new sets of tires. Had a couple of small issues, one on a previous visit then again on this visit. Service advisor Steve was great on answering questions and working with a picky customer as myself. Had to work with the Service Mngr Charlie on this last visit and he went above and beyond to avoid last visit problem and to do what ever was necessary to make things right. Appreciate all he did to assure that the tech provided excellent customer service and that I would be a satisfied and returning customer.

They got us in and changed the oil rotated the tires in under an hour. Would recommend this dealership for service or to purchase a vehicle. Waiting room was very nice.

OK experience overall. Had an 8am appointment on a Monday. They did not get to my car till late afternoon. Got concerned since I needed the car back same day and they still hadn't even looked at it at 1:30pm. My daughter needed it to get back to school that evening. Price wise, they are OK, not the cheapest or most expensive.

"Oil change service "

For some reason, I always feel like I am being pushed away to get service done to my car. I get there at 8am so why is the staff trying to push me away. I’m a busy mom and I work. Saturday was the only day I could do my oil change. Moritz needs to show more compassion to their clients
