Of course my car would act up while my husband was out of town as he is responsible for the vehicles and the yard in our family. It seemed like every possible icon showed up on my dash on my way to work! I was hoping the car would not break down on 394! I had no choice, but to call and figure out the warranty/service details. The Morrie's Customer Rep who took my call was VERY patient, please commend her, as the only detail I could remember in my frustration was the make and model of my car. I was then met by John Ahnemann when I dropped my car off for service. He was patient and took the time to explain the process of the service appointment. He also put me at ease when he explained that the features of my rental car were much like that of my current car. I think this experience was great and John sold me on coming to Morrie's for my future car repairs! Thank you!
