I bought a used truck from Zeck Ford in Leavenworth , Kansas on 10/4/19. 2 weeks after I had it the truck started throwing codes( fuel level sensor where it would show I had no fuel when I had fuel). 10/25/19 I text Richard the sales person that sold me the my truck to tell him I was having problems and needed to get it in. Richard told me that it was no problem and he would figure out a day that I could bring it in for service. A week goes by and I hear nothing from Zeck ford. 10/30/19 I reach out again saying I need to get it in. Richard tells me to call service department to make an appointment. So I do , they ask me" how long I've had the truck?", I tell them "less than 30 days". They say "ok well we need to send you back to Richard " . I talk to Richard he is confused to why they sent me back to him. He told me he would talk to them and get back to me . Another week goes by and nothing. 11/8/19-So I text richard rather angry because now my truck has a limited number of miles until it goes into limp mode(emission sensor) . I tell him I need to get it in there asap . Richard tells me that I need to set up and appointment with the service department. He also says that they told him that they (the service department ) were going to reach out to me ( never did) . Then Richard says" he's going to talk to them right now". I told him I called them a week ago and they sent me back to him. Then Richard says " ya I corrected them and I will go do it again , sorry about that man". The next day he tells me he wasn't able to get to them yester day and that he was doing it right now. He asked me what day I could bring it in ? I told him any day in coming up week. It is now 11/9 11/27/19 I have heard nothing from Zeck ford once again, not a text or call. My truck is about to go into limp mode for emissions sensor and still having fuel level sensor problems. So I call once again , asked to speak to management. Tell them my story , they get the service center to call me. I take my truck in and they give me a loaner for 13days. Today 12/10/19 They call me telling me that they cant cover any of the cost. I argue that its. Their fault it took this long to get it in. Now I did sign for a warranty that in the first 3 months or 1000 miles that the dealership would cover 10% or the repair cost. I would have been fine with this if it would of happened 2 MONTHS AGO when I first contacted Richard about my problems. I also purchased an extended warranty as well . The Management decided to insultingly offer an additional 20% off parts and labor. I agued again that this is all their fault as to it taking 2MONTHS to get any reply back from them. I walked out the door. It is obvious that the sales manager Jace Grabouski and sales man Richard at Zeck Ford do not value customer service after the sale. The service team treated me well once they found out my issues I was having. Still ... My truck is still broken . Do not waste your time with Zeck Ford Please share More

I shopped one other dealership before choosing Zeck and they blew up my phone with calls and texts constantly harassing me to buy a vehicle even after I told them I was no longer interested. Not one time did anyone at Zeck push me to buy or call/text me other than when I communicated with them first. My salesman Cole Fergus was amazing. He answered all my questions very honestly which I can say was not my experience at the other dealer. He dealt very graciously with my indecisiveness and gave me all the time I needed to make my decision. I would absolutely send all my family and friends to Zeck to purchase a car! Great overall experience! More
