I originally went in on a Saturday to view a car I had seen online. I left that day without the car because I needed some time to think about my decision, and within an hour I had called back to put money down on the car. I love that my decision was not forced, I was able to leave without feeling pressured, which was one of the reasons I called back so quickly to put a deposit down. The people and processes felt very genuine. They were extremely patient with me and my decision making. I have walked out of many dealerships annoyed and fed up but I did not feel that way at Zeck. If you want a hassle free car buying experience go to Zeck, you won't regret it. I am very happy with my purchase! More

Also, after research of the vehicles we were looking at, all were priced below the resell value. They are upfront with you on everything about the vehicle, and I mean everything. We flew in all the way from Atlanta Georgia 2 hours earlier Zeck Ford was an amazing experience. Let me just say Tyler, our sales guy, was the best!! We flew in all the way from Atlanta Georgia 2 hours earlier than expected (we could not call to let them know the flight was early because they were closed at that time) and upon arrival we called Tyler and he rescheduled our pickup. We got picked up from the airport within twenty minutes. He went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied with our purchase and experience. Derrick you truly are a stellar guy. I can see why you have such good ratings! The customer service was like no other and they make you feel like part of the Zeck family. Me and my hubby walked out of there with hugs all around!
