I gotta admit, I was a bit surprised walking in to the dealership. I have never seen anything like it. Very laid back atmosphere and honest discussions. Might be a shock at first to some people. I've dealt with dealerships that also have fixed pricing on their vehicles, which is refreshing. But this place took it to the next level with the atmosphere and personality. The trade-in offer for my old vehicle was fair. If you are tired of the pressure and haggling with the average dealership, you need to try this place. I also add here that John spent a good deal of time to show me how everything in the car worked. I've never had a dealership spent that kind of effort once the sale has been made.
