Previously, I had a poor experience with a Ford dealership about three hours from me when discussing a vehicle that was in "brand new condition" only to find out after driving to the dealership that the description was nowhere close to accurate. Jacob understood this and sent me a 7+ minute video of the truck. I flew to Kansas City and Jacob picked me up at the airport. The time at the dealership took longer than I expected, but that was due to the finance up-selling. Jacob was a pleasure to deal with throughout the process. More
