Horrible experience. Had an appointment on Friday at 930am, dropped my Jeep off it never was serviced. I was told I needed to leave it over the weekend and it would be prioritized on Monday. I asked about a car to use and was told IF one was available it would be a $35 charge per day. Monday I received a call that it may be done that afternoon. I called Monday afternoon and could not get in touch with Nathan. On Tuesday it still wasn’t ready, I called Tuesday morning at 9am to notify dealership I would pick it up at 10:30am because I needed transportation as my daughter was in labor, when I arrived it still wasn’t ready. I had to wait about 30 minutes to get my Jeep which had NOTHING done to it. I received NO paperwork. I expect better from a dealership where I have bought several vehicles. Never again will I purchase a vehicle from Shelors, terrible customer service and customer care. More
