This was my first experience with Subaru Service Department and the first service for my new Forrester. I am so glad Brian Lawless was my Service Advisor. He not only shared what would be done to my Department and the first service for my new Forrester. I am so glad Brian Lawless was my Service Advisor. He not only shared what would be done to my car, he inquired if I would be waiting and walked me to the waiting area telling me along the way it would take about an hour to complete. As I waited, I observed other Service Advisors in a very professional way conferring with other waiting customers. When Brian came with my completed car in a little less than an hour, we went together to the cashier. I told Brian that this operation seems to work like a "well-oiled machine." As he left me with the cashier, he made certain I knew where my car was parked. More
First service at $6000 miles for my new Subaru purchased 'almost new' from a different dealership.
