My husband and I have been looking for a car at a reasonable price. We didn't want to be pressured or stalked by any dealership. I was amazed at the transparency of the quote and the willingness of the dealership to ensure that we got the right car. You would think a big dealership would be able to give you a collision estimate the same day. My daughter's vehicle was hit the night before and I need to get it in and get her a rental vehicle to go to w you a collision estimate the same day. My daughter's vehicle was hit the night before and I need to get it in and get her a rental vehicle to go to work and school, they could not take me till the following day, called local Nissan dealer who took me within a half hour. Motorworld didn't even try to accommodate us & it didn't even bother them when i told them I had to take it to another dealer today. Guess that's what it is when you get to big, customer always suffers !! More
