I have been buying cars from MotorWorld Hyundia for the last 11 years. I have always interacted with Bill Zaleppa, and found him to be a true professional, friendly and trustworthy. Gary Blackledge was the saleman that I worked with, a very friendly and knowledgeable person, Gary went the extra mile showing us the workings of the car. Gary was able to make a very comfortable environment while going over the paperwork and even offering us refreshments. Next we met Kevin Bitel, Kevin also was a true professional, extremly friendly and also explained to us all the options that we had with the purchase of our Santa Fe. We have purchased pre-owned vehicles from Motor World in the past and because of our experience we decided to purchase there again. It was our first new car purchase and fortunately the first person we me the past and because of our experience we decided to purchase there again. It was our first new car purchase and fortunately the first person we met at the new car showroom was Art Schaffer. He was friendly, outgoing (not pushy), and was what I would want as a salesperson. He asked us what we wanted without trying to convince us to spend more that we could afford or wanted to spend. He answered all of our questions and we could not have been more satisfied with the results of our visit. Everything we were promised we received and every question we asked was answered to our satisfaction. We were also greeted by Bill Zaleppa and Richard Osick the VP.
