Deceived and scammed It should have been obvious when I had to go inside to get a salesman. My experience was not good at all but it was partly my fault. I told the the salesman where I needed to be in payment and the length. With no back and forth, he agreed. I explained I was just looking and didn't want to buy. He kept insisting and the sales manager comes out and asks if he could get the payment lower, would I take the deal. I agreed. When I went into the finance office, the finance officer convinced me to purchase an extended warranty at $25.95 per month. When he hands me the final contract, the contract was for 3 extra months and a warranty that was $43.65. I should have caught it... I didn't. I signed and left. I came back the next day and asked for help. THEY COMPLETELY REFUSED!!! They made me stand around for hours to tell me nothing. So... deception and lies!! Several lies were told during the process. Don't have enough time to tell it all. BUYER BEWARE!!! More
