I went back to the dealership the same night and explained I had just left and noticed the headlight was out. They said to come back first thing in the morning and they would get it taken care of. I was there for about 15 minutes when they brought my car back out to me. I stopped in to look at used cars. I met with Jim and he was very helpful. I was allowed to take may time and look at the inventory without feeling like I was under the usual car dealership presser. On Wed. Sept. 11 I decided to stop by Eisenhauer Nissan to look at some used vehicles. I was greeted by a kind, helpful man name Chris Koopman who was more then willing to help me. On Thurs. Sept. 12 I purchased the car with no issues and I am more then happy with it and the service Chris and the staff at Eisenhauer Nissan gave me. I also received a courtesey call later that day from Chris to see if I was satisfied, which I was of course. Jay was very helpful in finding the specific car we were looking for. When we first arrived the advertised car was not on the lot. He was able to track it down, and even took us into the garage where they looking for. When we first arrived the advertised car was not on the lot. As it was fairly late in the evening, and the car was still being serviced we were not able to take an initial test drive, however Jay made sure we were contacted as soon as the car was ready to be driven. We were able to take a test drive the next morning, and by the end of the day the car was ours. We appreciated his persistence and helpfulness during the car buying process. Buying a new/used car can be a bit stressful, but he was able to satisfy our every need. Thanks Jay! More

I returned to Eisenhauer Nissan after receiving my first lease from this dealership and having a great experience the first time. My blue 2010 Nissan Sentra SR lease was expiring and I needed to renew it. lease from this dealership and having a great experience the first time. My blue 2010 Nissan Sentra SR lease was expiring and I needed to renew it. I wanted a black 2013 Nissan Sentra, however I was disappointed to learn that Eisenhauer only had two black Sentras in stock. Despite the limited availability, however, Dave Mehle and his staff offered me several options to get the exact vehicle I wanted. This included obtaining the vehicle from another Nissan dealership and shipping it to Eisenhauer, picking it up at another dealership, and even offering me other Nissan models for great prices! In the end, however, I opted to go with one of the two Sentras Eisenhauer had in stock that day. One was very basic (similar to my old blue Sentra, just 2013 and black), or a fully upgraded Sentra, including navigation, hands-free text and talk, keyless entry, and more! Of course, I wanted the fully upgraded one. However, the cost was out of my price range. After five hours of negotiation, I drove away in the fully upgraded black Sentra that I wanted for a price that was reasonable and affordable. I am so thankful to Dave Mehle and his staff. Not only did they demonstrate extreme patience, but they exhibited great customer service and wonderful friendliness. I am very pleased with my final purchase, and I would definitely recommend Eisenhauer Nissan to others! More
