I was just in for regular maintenance and check up. i like to use my own oil Mobil ! Extended Performance, which is not available at most Service Garages and your Service Manager has no problem with i like to use my own oil Mobil ! My vehicle has been at this location for nearly 6 months now. They ordered the part 3 times. Claim the part showed up broken each time. I understand there may be a hold up on parts availability. Service was for recall and work was outsourced.
