My salesman, Jerry Albritton, was great. I have a real busy schedule and also travel quite a bit. I just don’t have time to go around looking for a vehicle. I called the dealership (after calling a few busy schedule and also travel quite a bit. I just don’t have time to go around looking for a vehicle. I called the dealership (after calling a few others without much follow up) and randomly got Jerry. Thank goodness I did. Jerry spent a few minutes on the phone asking me some questions about the type of vehicle and features I wanted. I told him the best way to communicate with me was by text. I suspect that probably puts off a lot of sales people. Not Jerry. He kept in touch with me without over communicating as he started his search. He was also very patient. When the first vehicle he found that met my needs was beyond what I wanted to spend, he adjusted his search to find me just what I needed. I have been buying vehicles for 30 years and hands down, it was the best experience I have ever had. The no haggle approach is a stroke of genius. More
