However, because I have already made the trip to this dealer, Sid and his manager, Terry, really went above and beyond to serve my needs with another car. Not only in the price, but also in the proffessionalism, respect, friendliness, and overall awsome experience. I ended up buying beautiful 2011 Camry instead of the original one. They made sure that I am happy satisfied and my all needs were satisfied. When it was time to buy the car with Tim and deal with the financial aspect, Tim Wagner was really good. He understood the process very well, he explained to me step by step what is covered and what was going to happen. We had few xxxx-ups in the way, but he handled that very proffessionaly and I was satisfied. Justin made sure that I got my title on the car and my maintenance paperwork in tact. The whole experience was really wonderful and I have already referred many friends and family to deal with this dealer. After getting really bad service from my local Toyota dealer in Springfield, IL, I went online to look for a better dealer and purchased my second Toyota from Alton Toyota via online. Answered my questions, sent photo and we did everything online. By time I actually went down and purchased the car, they had all the paperwork ready so I only had to give them my check, sign the papers and drive off. Less than a week later I needed to change some of the programmable features of the car and the local dealer refused to do the work because I didn't purchase the car from them. They told me pay $45 for the work or to go where I got it and I told them that it would be a pleasure! Drove down again and the service department took care of it and were done changing the programming within 10 minutes free of charge! While I was there, I pointed out that we forgot do the rebate and the quickly filled out the paperwork and sent it in for me. These guys are great!!! I will NEVER use my local Toyota dealer again. I will always drive the 75 minutes to deal with these guys because they want my business! More

Very, very happy! Other Toyota dealer in Metro-East told me I needed 1500.00 worth of work and it was not under warranty. I had my concerns, so I took it to Mungenast, who said that was not the case. My wife and I recently purchased our third new vehicle from Mugenast Toyota, a Venza. We returned to Mugenast Toyota because we were treated very well on our first two purchases and the Service Departmen from Mugenast Toyota, a Venza. We returned to Mugenast Toyota because we were treated very well on our first two purchases and the Service Department has been excellent when service is needed. As expected we were not disappointed when we returned to purchase the Venza. The Sales Staff was excellent, knowledgable, very friendly and helpful. Everyone we have worked with from the Sales Staff through the Finace Department and Customer Service have been great to work with. When it's time for another new vehicle, Mugenast Toyota will be our first stop. Jim More
