"Wheel/rim Repair"

With only 10,000 miles on my new car, I accidentally rubbed my back wheel on a curb and I honestly didn’t think it could be repaired. I called my salesman Kurt Marty and he reassured me it more than likely could be fixed . Tracy Peters in the service department was wonderful to deal with. I needed a loaner car and also needed my car completed no later than 3 PM on Friday. Tracy called the company that does the repairs to confirm they could meet the deadline. Not only did I get my car on time but the rim looks amazing! It was damaged badly in two places and somehow they fixed it. I also need to add the fact that Tracy is a very patient man.....I’m sure I tested his patience that night. Ha. Thank you Kurt and Tracy!!

"Trade with Rob Carroll"

We were looking to make a decision to trade in either my 2011 Honda Pilot or my wife's CR-V 2014. Our goal was to have the most economical choice and have a vehicle that was comfortable for trips with good gas mileage. Historically we have always used the Pilot for trips as the 2014 was not as comfortable for me and had more road noise. As the Pilot has 85,000 miles and continues to be a great vehicle with all service done by your shop and has the room to haul things, I didn't really want to lose that convenience. Rob worked with us and the best economical trade was the 2014 CR-V. Until Rob pointed out all of the improvements of the CR-V 2018, I was skeptical. After driving the Touring CR-V 2018 and experiencing the driving and the increased interior size, my wife and I chose to make the trade from her 2014. Rob was professional and listened to our needs. He was informative and down to earth without being patronizing or pushy. My wife had spoke to a different sales person earlier in the year when she had her car in for service about the 2018 pilots and potential for trading my Pilot. As it turned out, timing is of the essence and Rob did a great job of working with us and making the best deal for us. We are loyal customers with several Honda purchases and use the service department exclusively for our cars! Wishing you continued success and personal thanks to Rob!

Worked with Dee Clark. She was very nice, attentive, and efficient. Quick service, clean loaner car, and a car wash to boot! Dee went the extra mile to make sure my tire warranty was in effect.

"Awesome Experience "

This was an extremely smooth process! I came in because my window came off of its tracks and my door handle was stuck. I ended up needing a window regulator. I was greeted as soon as I pulled my car into the service center. I made an appointment online, but Dan made sure everything I had entered was correct. I waited in the awesome waiting area facility (3-4 areas of comfortable seating and a quiet area in a room, coffee and snacks provided) while they figured out what exactly was wrong and how long it would take. He offered me a loaner car if I needed one which I ended up taking. Everything went very smoothly and I was able to get my car the next day.

"Met expectations"

Appeared that the service rep did not review the past history of my car. He asked me if certain things needed to be done. For example when were the tires last rotated? When were the wiper blades last changed? The battery appears to be old, has it been replaced? FYI, all service work since we purchased the vehicle in 2011 has been done by Mungenast. Great service! But when I send my daughter's car in to be serviced, I expect Mungenast to know what and when service was completed. I will always take my car to Mungenast, but come-on guys! Let's step it up.
