"All about money, typical old school dealer"

Bought an Certified F150 a few months back. Recognized a few safety issues right away and brought it in from South Jersey to get it looked at. I was told it was the parking break and that they adjusted it and it would be fine. I also brought up the condition of the tires and they shrugged it off and said "they pass inspection". 1 week later I had to get the parking break completely changed out in South Jersey and was told that the truck more than likely was used in water and I should bring it back to the dealer. Just left there and they made me feel like safety is not their concern and offered me 2 tires and $400 for 2 more because they were falling apart. Also having break and audio issues, and nothing was done because I was upset and the used car manager (who is new since I bought the truck 4 months ago) and the service manager stormed out. I could go on...but you get the point..its all business there...they could care less what happens after you leave..

"Car Repair"

I would like to take this opportunity to thank Nick Hartingh, Service Manager of Murphy Ford, who helped me tremendously, so professionally and so promptly to get my car checked and repaired without any hesitation or delay. I had a concern about my car, which I addressed to the Services department last Friday. On Monday, 04/09/18, I met with Nick explaining my concern and Nick assured me that he would take care of my concern. I left my car at the shop yesterday and I just picked it up today. I am so happy to drive my car knowing that this was taken care of!! I am so impressed with the professionalism, loyalty, kindness that Nick expressed and I am so very thankful that I could rely on him 100% to resolve this matter. Thank you so much Nick for handling my situation so very professionally, courteously, and promptly and for the kindness and respect you showed me. Nick, you went above and beyond what I was expecting and you were willing to help me in anyway you possibly could to make sure I was satisfied. You are awesome, an excellent, hardworking, and dedicated Manager!! The world would be a better place if there were more kind and generous people like you on this earth!! Thank you so very much Nick for being there for me when I needed help the most!!

" DON'T BUY A CAR THAT NOT A FORD FROM THEM!!!!!!!!"

My son purchased his first used car on his own from Murphy Ford, a couple months ago. They sold him a car with Bad tires and needing a wheel alignment, he called gentleman who sold me they car and informed him of the issue and in the beginning they did not want to place the tires or do the alignment. However, after going back and forward, them claimed to be doing him a favor by replacing the tires. But, when they replaced they tries they broken a senor (that was never broken prior to them replacing the tires) now they refuse to repair it. Second issue, when my husband drove the car he noticed that the transmission didn’t feel quite right and told my son to take it back to them to have them look at it. They calm they could not find any issues. A couple months later while my son is driving home the car loses power and the check transmission light immediately comes on. He take the car back to Murphy Ford 16 October 2017 first thing in the morning to have them service it. They informed, him that although is car under warranty, they can assist him he has to take to dodge himself. At which point my son become setup and I’m on the phone with him and I asked if I could talk with a manager as I have a similar issue before and I took my car to the dealer where I purchased it and they provide a loaner and dealt with the company for the repair. At which one Bill (one of the Manager beginning to tell him that he did him a favor by replacing the tires and he was going to do anything seem for him. THIS STATEMENT IS A COMPLETE LIE! (We want you to be a customer for life which is why we are one-hundred percent committed to your satisfaction. We always go above and beyond expectations to earn your business and are always available to assist you.) once buy a car from them they don’t give a xxxx about you!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! These Manager are the WORST! FRANKIE NIELSON AND BILL HASSELBACH

Brought many cars from this dealership - Kieth Mills is the best - this past one dealth with Keith and Joe Montagno - both consumate professionals!! Aster purchase a small problem with car recently purchased and they were No.1 in service and attentiveness to my needs! Can't say enough good about them - service is above average - Chris in the service department could not be nicer and everything is ready and waiting when you drop off and pick up - no wasting time here!!! Love them and would recommend to everyone - know i will be back!!!!

Ever since I have taken my cars to Murphy Ford, I've been impressed with how the service department conducts themselves. They are fair and honest which I like being that I'm not very knowledge about how a car works. One person in particular I would like to take my hat off to is Chuck Stemple. Everytime I bring my car here, I know that its in good hands with Chuck around. Furthermore, he is friendly and willing to explain what is wrong with the car in a way I can understand. Although this dealership is a hike for me, it is well worth the trip if you want your automobile treated with respect and care.
