I drove 70 miles round trip for a 10K service interval on my Audi because I wasn’t happy with my local dealer. I received outstanding and speedy service, performed as expected and without issue. From the minute I entered the service garage, I was immediately greeted and welcomed by Andrew Keaton, the service advisor who checked me into the queue. He listened to my concerns and took great care to deliver above and beyond service. He even followed up mid-service to ensure I didn’t have to wait one minute longer than necessary. I left very impressed with this dealership and their level of customer service, something I can’t say of my local dealer. More

I have never had an issue with my auto in the past and my service was great with the exception of the scheduler.
