My Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Fiat - Service Center

I had an excellent experience at this dealership. They worked me right in on a Saturday to have my car diagnosed. After diagnosing my car they ordered the part and were able to start work on my car Thursd worked me right in on a Saturday to have my car diagnosed. After diagnosing my car they ordered the part and were able to start work on my car Thursday. I dropped it off Thursday, they shuttles me to work. Once it was ready, they came and got me from work and I was on my way. I will continue to take my car here in the future. Excellent service and both drivers were very friendly and excellent!! More

Service was timely, and efficient no problems noted , inspected the brakes and several other areas . I went there to fix a problem that I had brought up at my oil change in the fall. I was told that the problem couldn't be fixed because the part (my seat heater had stopped working) had been discontinued. I oil change in the fall. I was told a note would be made about it and a replacement part may become available. I finally took my vehicle back in, in April and was told that the part wasn't discontinued and they fixed it luckily for you guys my vehicle warranty had run out. I am not happy this should have been covered under both my warranties but it wasn't since I was told the wrong information. I won't be coming back to you guys for service issues in the future More
